Shipping Policy

We ship with tracking and keep it transparent. The product page and checkout show what applies to your order.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: typically process within 1–3 business days.
  • Made-to-order / custom items: production time is listed on the product page.
  • We don’t ship on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and carrier options.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking is emailed to you. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after label creation.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, re-shipping costs may apply.

Delays

We only promise timelines we can support. If we cannot ship within the advertised timeframe (or within 30 days when no timeframe is stated), we will notify you with an updated estimate and options to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund of any unshipped merchandise, consistent with FTC prompt-delivery rules.

International Orders (if enabled)

International delivery times vary. Import duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Lost / Damaged in Transit

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.
