We run a clear policy. Read this before ordering so you know exactly what to expect.

Fix-It Promise (Wrong Item / Damaged / Defective on Arrival)

If you receive the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged/defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos. We will resolve it with a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Returns for Eligible Items

For eligible non-custom, non-final-sale items, we may accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused/unworn, in original condition
  • In original packaging (when applicable)
  • Free of stains, odors, and signs of use

Open-Box / Tested Electronics

Open-box/tested items have condition details listed on the product page. Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

  • Change-of-mind returns: not accepted after delivery
  • Dead-on-arrival or not-as-described issues: covered under the Fix-It Promise above

Custom / Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale due to customization. No returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return or Issue

Email shoptmot@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item name(s)
  • Reason
  • Photos (required for damage/defect claims)

Refund Method and Timing

If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary by bank/payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • If we made an error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we cover return/replacement shipping.
  • If you’re returning an eligible item for another reason, return shipping is your responsibility.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Orders that already shipped or entered production may not be cancelable.
