Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

We use Shopify’s Real-Time Carrier Rates to calculate accurate shipping costs at checkout. Shipping rates are based on your location, the weight and size of your order, and the selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  1. Standard Shipping (5-10 business days after processing).
  2. Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days after processing).

International Shipping:

  • Available for select countries.
  • Delivery times vary by location and shipping method and will be displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the shipping cost.
  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

  • If your package is delayed or lost, contact us at shoptmot@gmail.com with your order number, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
  • Returned Packages: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship the item.

Shipping Costs and Refunds

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is on our end (e.g., incorrect items shipped).
  • No refunds, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
